This is Megadeth''s version of Black Sabbath''s "Paranoid" and appeared on the Black Sabbath tribute-album "Nativity In Black: A Tribute To Black Sabbath" (part one: there are two albums). Later, it also appeared on the Megadeth-album "Hidden Treasures" which contained more covers and special tracks/b-sides by Megadeth. At the end of the song, then drummer Nick Menza carries on drumming to which Dave shouts Nick! three times. A few seconds later Nick says "Fuck me running". Read more on Last.fm.
