Rumors of a collaboration between Bieber and Halsey began when Halsey contributed to the countdown to Bieber’s lead single, “What Do You Mean?” The song was finally announced on October 28th in a post on Bieber’s Instagram. In an interview with MTV, Halsey confirmed that a music video (possibly previewed in this tweet) is in the works: "I’m terrified of giving away too much information.
